The location is amazing, just steps from the beach and great dining options nearby. The parking fee of $35 per day felt a bit steep. Nice pool area and beach access, but it can get crowded. Enjoyed the happy hour specials at the pool bar.

Beautiful property with a perfect gulf view. Easy beach access and a fantastic lunch at Docks, thanks to Nate! The hotel's cleanliness is impressive; my kids slept soundly on comfortable beds. dealing with broken elevators for three days was frustrating, and hidden fees felt sneaky. Housekeeping was attentive at first but lagged during busy days, leaving us short on essentials. Valet charges were unexpected and compounded by double billing confusion. Great location, friendly staff, and clean spaces, but better clarity around fees and consistency in service would elevate the experience.

I had a fantastic experience staying by Clearwater Beach, as everything I wanted to explore was just a short stroll away, including the dazzling white sands of the beach that were less than a 5-minute walk from my room, and not to mention the vibrant dining options like Crabby's Dockside and Ocean Hai that were only a few steps away; the hotel itself provided excellent amenities, such as a beautiful pool and the convenience of beach towels for guests, but the bed was a bit narrow and had sharp corners that could be dangerous.

Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach boasts a prime spot near shopping and dining, which is a huge plus for visitors. the service fell short at times, particularly with delayed housekeeping and crowded pool areas. Management could enhance the experience by addressing these concerns.

The beach access was perfect for the kids, and the complimentary beach chair rental made it easy. I enjoyed grabbing snacks at the bar and relaxing by the pool with a drink.
It wasn't cheap, but with no resort fee, it felt fair.

The location was absolutely perfect, with a view that was breathtaking! Our balcony overlooked the pool, the intracoastal waterway, and the Gulf - it was like paradise. The rooms were clean, and the front desk staff were friendly, offering complimentary bottled water and keeping things tidy. It was almost a perfect stay, but.
The housekeeping service left a lot to be desired. Towels and toilet paper were not replenished, and one day our room wasn't even cleaned.

I can't believe I showed up to my room, expecting a balcony like the pics, only to find out it wasn't guaranteed. The front desk was no help—totally unorganized, and I felt stuck with no options. So frustrating!

The location is spot on, just a hop and a skip to the beach. The staff are super friendly and the pool area is a dream with easy access to the hot tub.
The prices can be a bit steep and parking is a pain.

Beautiful property and stunning gulf-front views. The staff is exceptionally friendly and service is top-notch. Easy walking distance to restaurants and local attractions adds to the convenience. Loved the pool area, with attentive drink service. Breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. there were some notable issues. A miscommunication regarding our room readiness caused unnecessary waiting. The beach quickly became overcrowded, detracting from the experience. Elevators were out of service, which was inconvenient. the mandatory service fees felt excessive. Despite these inconveniences, the overall ambiance and quality of service make it a recommendable high-end beach hotel experience. Would return, but with some expectations managed. Thank you!

the heating and air conditioning in the room seemed a bit temperamental, with the air shutting off abruptly and waking us up with a loud bang. We appreciated having tea and coffee facilities in the room, perfect for starting the day off right. The sitting area was comfortable, but we wish there was a terrace or outdoor space to enjoy the views. The room itself was spacious and clean, but the soundproofing could have been better. We were often disturbed by external noises like loud grinding and banging, which affected our overall relaxation. The staff at Wyndham Grand were generally pleasant, but we did encounter some hiccups, such as cold food and unresponsive service in the lobby/bar area. The lackluster check-in process and issues with amenities like the espresso machine were a bit disappointing. On the bright side, the breakfast at Ocean Hai was delicious, and the service was top-notch. We also appreciated the option for room service and the availability of laundry and dry cleaning services. our experience at Wyndham Grand had its ups and downs.

Our family had a fantastic time at the hotel during our visit to the exciting baseball games at Bright House Field. The spacious rooms were modern and clean, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The friendly staff made us feel welcome, enhancing our relaxing stay.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night. We loved the luxurious shower in our room; it added a nice touch to our stay. The temperature control was perfect, allowing us to customize the climate to our liking. Noise levels were surprisingly low, which contributed to a peaceful atmosphere. The beach was just a stone's throw away with the softest, whitest sand I've ever felt! The staff surprised us with champagne for our anniversary, and those nightly chocolates were pure magic. Plus, the pool area was a blissful retreat with bar service and comfy loungers.

The beach was like, totally awesome, and the pool scene was fire! Staff were so chill, especially Gaby! She kept our room cool. We were driving to Bright House games, but even on vacay the vibes were sick!
Yo, wish there was like, a bomb rooftop bar for the late-night crew to turn up and mix with other squad members.

Had an awesome time at this resort! Loved the stunning location right by the beach and all the amazing amenities. Their pool was a real highlight, and the hotel itself is just gorgeous. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were on a luxurious vacation. They even took care of our suitcases upon arrival and let us enjoy all the amenities before even going to our room. Plus, being within walking distance of various activities and restaurants was super convenient.
Housekeeping slipped up a bit when a large conference group arrived, and we felt a bit overlooked. Towels and toilet paper ran out, and our room wasn't cleaned properly one day.

I chose Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach simply for its close proximity to Pelican Walk Plaza, and the exceptional customer service pleasantly surprised me. The complimentary wireless Internet access and concierge services were also a plus. The crabcakes with lump meat were a delightful surprise on the menu.
Consideration for older teens needed.

we had an amazing time at the wyndham grand. the property is just 3 months old and boasts a prime location, with an impressive view of pier 60, the beach, and downtown area from our balcony. the modern, spotless room had a European feel, and the hotel has managed to modernize while still maintaining its charming beach community vibe. being right on the beach and within walking distance of all amenities saved us a lot of time, allowing us to really make the most of our weekend getaway. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the comfortable bed, pillows, and towels were a real highlight.

Stayed at a fancy resort with a ton of cool stuff like a spa, pool, and good food. Beach was gorgeous - definitely Instagram-worthy. Had a blast with my kid.
Oh, what a bummer; I had no complaints!
